The solar panel has a 5M lead that will allow charging even on the dullest of our UK conditions. The fitting is also equipped with time & sensitivity dials. This allows the setting to be adjusted to how long you want the light to stay on after movement is no longer detected and how dark you want it to be before the light starts to operate and guard your property. It is a simple install, just fix to surface both the security light & the solar panel, plug in the lead from the solar panel & let the Sun extend to protecting your property and offer useful illumination even when it has disappeared into the night.
The Kit also includes a mains adapter different from competitors offers.This allows an initial full charge before installing and top up charges during the winter months to keep the battery full and optimized. Easily un-hook the light fitting from it's mount and take into the house for an overnight charge when necessary. Recommended once a month during the winter.
